  • Yes, you can come to your appointment with makeup on—our team will thoroughly cleanse your skin at the start of your facial. However, arriving with a clean face can help us spend more time on your treatment rather than removal. Either way, we’ve got you covered!

  • To maximize your results and protect your skin post-treatment, please follow these aftercare tips:

    1. Avoid touching your face for at least a few hours to prevent irritation.

    2. Skip makeup for at least 24 hours to allow your skin to breathe and heal.

    3. Avoid sun exposure and wear SPF daily—your skin may be more sensitive to UV rays.

    4. Do not exfoliate or use active ingredients (like retinol, AHAs, or BHAs) for 3–5 days.

    5. Stay hydrated and moisturize regularly to support the skin’s recovery.

    6. Avoid hot showers, saunas, or intense workouts for 24 hours post-treatment.

    7. Let your skin purge or flake naturally if it occurs—do not pick or peel.

  • We totally get it. Things happen and occasionally you’ll need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. That’s not a problem! We just kindly ask you to give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

    Preparation for your treatment begins well before you enter the clinic. Your 24-hour notice allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to a waiting client and protects our ability to serve you and others.
